This hotel was in a perfect location and staff were friendly and helpful. it was perfect for a short stay in Ankara.
Excellent hospitallity from director, very good spot in the center of the city, also provides meals in good price.
Close to transportation. We had the buffet breakfast included, and ate dinner in the restaurant and both were good. Staff were very keen to make sure we saw as much of Ankara as we could.
Our rooms were tired and run down with marked walls, poorly executed repairs etc. In one the television did not work at all, in the other the mini-bar couldn't be opened as it was place too close to other furniture (although we didn't contact staff about either of these problems so maybe they could have been easily fixed). The dining room looked like it was trying to replicate the Palace of Versailles but missed - chintzy decorations, dirty table clothes and cutlery etc (although the food was good and reasonably priced for a hotel restaurant). We ate in as most of the food options in the immediate region seemed to be kebab joints. It wasn't a dreadful experience, but for the price I suspect we could have done better.
very friendly staff and good location.
room was ok but the bathroom was old and not very clean. i would recommend the hotel only if you can get a cheap room.
The location is really good and convinient.
The breakfast is a disaster, must improve.
Kind&polite staff trying to be good for their guest. Satisfying breakfast, a plenty of amenity goods, spacious room. Very good location, taxi can not get to the entrance, and might take a bit extra time to find the hotel though. But you will not feel inconvenience when you start going around from the hotel.
Internet was a bit slow, but still usable. There was no cup in bath room or bed room, but it's ok. If there was some small chair at the desk, could be better.
good and friendly help of personnel, English was ok, location very near the city centre
the rooms could use a little paint here and there; taking a shower while standing in the small bath tub takes some gymnastics.
Very helpful staff who spoke good English and gave us a city map with good advice
very bad bad internet so slow
Hotel staff relation with guest were excellent. The locality of the hotel is very good and everything is in full access ( Shopping, Restaurant, transportation, Banks and financial facilities, etc.)
I suggest a refurbishment in this hotel will help a lot in customer attraction.
I stayed at Etap Mola for two weeks in two different rooms; first a double room with rooftop terrace and secondly in their duplex suite. The hotel is a bit old and somewhat worn down however all the necessary facilities are there. The staff is very professional and in particular I am extremely satisfied with the management of the hotel. I had many special and somewhat difficult requirements during my stay and the management did everything they could to accommodate for my needs. The location is fantastic with easy access to transportation, shopping, and pleasure.
Several of the staff don't speak English. They do however do their best to make you understand their point or try to understand your needs.
Very close to all the shopping areas of Ankara.
It needs some renovation. The peeling ceilings in the bathroom were quite bad. Overall, walls need some new plaster and paint.
The only good thing was the location.
Rooms are small and very old in desperate need of full renovation. The shower curtains are filthy and I changed rooms twice but all the same.
There is no need for you to rush to the hotel as they will debt your credit account with one-hour after the standard check-in time. You don't have to worry about where to get the exchange of Euros because they will use the terribly lowest rate to convert the Euro price into their Liras even though it is stated in the terms. So, you will feel at ease to pay the price as they do not require your signature!
The location is very central. The staff is courteous. The breakfast buffet was rich enough. We appreciated free fruits served to our room at night.
The room could have been cleaner. Piles of dust were easily visible under the desk. They should find a solution to the smell of cigarette smoke in the rooms. The toilet needed a facelift E.G. the toilet cleaning brush was rusty.
